Today marks the evolution of our podcast. It’s the conclusion of season 4 as we transition from LEOPARD - Real Estate Agents for Consumers, a cross-brokerage movement that’s raising the level of service in the real estate industry

Last season was about taking good agents and making them great. This new season (season five) is going in reverse. We’ll be talking to agents getting into real estate as well as learning how to do real estate.

In this episode, we discuss the three main stages of a REALTOR®:

  1. The “up to speed” (learning) phase. You’ve learned the skill but you don’t quite know enough to be successful. You see others succeed in Real Estate and you want to do the same.
  2. The professional (working) phase. You’ve made it as a real estate agent.
  3. The “exit strategy” (next level) phase. What are you doing to get out of the business without quitting?
